After My 30 Day Lifestyle Challenge – Day 36 to 43

The lifestyle changes I have adopted over the last 30 days are only the start of my journey. I now need to set myself new goals to work towards. Along the way, I’ll want to incorporate some of the food and drink items I have missed, but that will need to be done sensibly. In this section, I’ll discuss these issues, and how I am coping with the changes.

Life After my 30 Day Challenge

I thought I would continue taking weight measurements every week. Not only with this serve as motivation to keep to my new lifestyle, but it will also be interesting to see how my weight loss continues.

Day 36 – 31st August 2007

Weight – 107.7 Kg (238.5 lb)
Fat Mass – 34.7 Kg (76.34 lb)
Weight Loss To Date: 6.8 Kg (14.96 lb)
Blood Pressure – 125/82
Resting Heart Rate – 71

Day 43 – 7th September 2007

Weight – 107.7 Kg (238.5 lb)
Fat Mass – 34.7 Kg (76.34 lb)
Weight Loss To Date: 6.8 Kg (14.96 lb)
Blood Pressure – 120/81
Resting Heart Rate – 70

I have increased weight training in the last week, so despite not seeing a weight drop, it could be due to an increase in muscle mass, balancing fat loss. Dont pay too much attention to the Fat Mass figures above, since they are very inaccurate (taken on bathroom scales).
