Well that’s a good start, and is evidence to support my theory that a lot of my own weight gain after a binge is more fluid retention, since it would be impossible to lose 0.9 Kg of fat over-night. the moral of this story is clearly that even when we fall off the wagon, its not too late to put things right before real damage is done.
We’ll see how the weight has changed in a couple of days.
