This month is impossible to try to lose weight. I began the month full of optimism, but have had to admit defeat, at least for December. With so many parties going on, and family members coming over to visit, I have decided that the best I can possibly do is maintain my weight. My new realistic goal is to be around the 104 Kg mark on January 1st. When January arrives, I’ll have a weigh in, and let you now how successful I have been. It will then be back to the grind-stone. I desperately want to get below 100Kg ASAP.
