At this price point, the Schwinn 420 elliptical sounds like a great value. I really like the fact that the handlebars can be adjusted to provide some variety in the feel of the workout. IBoredom is the enemy. Thanks for the very thorough review.

I am interested in expelling the gall stones and detoxing my liver. My husband had to go through an emergency opperation due to the gallstones and his gall bladder got gangrean and was removed. Lately I have gotten very allergic to everything and catching colds like never before. Whitch i know it is because I need to detox my liver and get rid of gallstones. thank you.

This home gym is wonderful. I find the power rods very effective in giving me a good workout. I’m not a bodybuilder and only use the gym to keep in shape and for this purpose it’s perfect. For hard-core bodybuilders you might need to look elsewhere since the resistance given by the power rods doesn’t seem to equate to real weight very well. For amateurs like me though, go for it.

I bought the BowFlex PR3000 home gym a few weeks ago and I have to say I love it. Although the manual has a good range of exercises, you can find even more on the BowFlex website. overall the machine gives me a total body workout and exercises all the muscle groups. My only complaint is that I can’t afford 310lb upgrade at the moment. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants a flexible work out station at home.
