To order Proform Treadmill replacement parts, it is best to consult the manual, which was provided with the treadmill when it was purchased. If the original manual cannot be located, an additional one free of charge can be downloaded at Proform’s Web site.

When ordering parts through authorized service centers or over the phone through Proform’s Customer Service care, it is useful to have the Proform Treadmill parts’ model number, the name of the product, the serial number of the product, and the key number and description of the part.
